Our aim is a transparent marketplace where the most effective organizations reliably attract a larger share of global giving and where non‑certified organizations have clear guidance on how to improve.

Over the past decade, we have developed a proprietary certification framework to identify organizations with rigorous, outcome-based evaluation practices. The framework assesses whether organizations define and measure both intermediate indicators and ultimate outcomes aligned with their theory of change, and whether they use these data to iteratively improve programs. It prioritizes organizations that demonstrate measurable impact and continuous, evidence-driven adaptation, distinguishing them from those that primarily report activities.
